THESE SWEEP RULES CONSTITUTE A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LUCKXPRESS CASINO AND GOVERN YOUR USE OF ANY OF OUR GAMES OR OUR PLATFORM IN ANY MANNER, VIA ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE—INCLUDING WEB BROWSERS, MOBILE DEVICES, TABLETS, OR OTHER DIGITAL PLATFORMS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE SWEEPS RULES INCORPORATE CLAUSE 24 OF THE T&Cs, WHICH INCLUDES A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRING ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS TO PURSUE PAST, PENDING, AND FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN THE ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT AND THE SPONSOR/PROMOTER THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNLESS THE ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT OPTS OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME. SEE CLAUSE 11 OF THESE SWEEPS RULES FOR MORE INFORMATION.

THESE SWEEP RULES ARE TO BE READ IN CONJUCTION TO LUCKXPESS CASINO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY SELECTING THE ACCEPTANCE CHECKBOX DURING REGISTRATION, OR BY ACCESSING THE GAMES OR CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE SWEEP RULES, WHICH ARE INSEPARABLY LINKED TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY, RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY POLICY, SWEEPSTAKES RULES, CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE POLICY, AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE GAME-SPECIFIC OR PROMOTION-SPECIFIC TERMS RELEVANT TO YOUR PARTICIPATION.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PROVISION OF THESE SWEEP RULES OR ANY ASSOCIATED POLICIES, RULES, OR TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM INSTALLING OR USING THE PLATFORM OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY GAMES.

Eligibility: Only players located within the United States—excluding the states of California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington—are eligible to enter the sweepstakes.

Prize Redemption: You may request the redemption of any prizes by selecting the "Redeem" button on the Platform. Prizes redeemed for gift cards will be credited to the email address registered in your Customer Account. If this is not technically feasible, prizes will be sent to an alternative email address you have designated. For cash prizes, payments will be processed through the payment method used to purchase Gold Coins. If this is not technically feasible, the prizes will be paid via electronic transfer to the bank account you have designated.

LuckXpress Casino Sweepstakes Official Rules:

a. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington).
• Participants must be at least 21 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is later.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees of CRS HUB LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family and household members are ineligible.

b. Sponsor

c. How to Collect Sweeps Coins

Participants must have an active account at Luckxpress Casino. Ways to earn Sweeps Coins include:

• Bonuses: Receive coins with Gold Coin purchases of specially marked packs (final sale, no refunds).
• Facebook Contests: Enter no-cost sweepstakes via Facebook; winners receive coins credited to their account.
• Daily Bonus: Sign in, click "GET COINS," select "Daily Bonus," and claim once per day.
• Receive Sweeps Coins by sending a request by post (AMOE): Eligible Participants can receive free Sweeps Coins by obtaining a Postal Request Code and sending a standard post card or piece of white paper (Request Card) which must be 4" x 6", unfolded, blank and unlined and placed inside a stamped #10 envelope addressed in handwriting, to the following address and satisfying the requirements set out below:

Eligible Participants must:

1. handwrite their return address on the front of the envelope and the words: "Sweepstakes Entries"; and
2. handwrite all of the following on only one side of the Request Card inserted inside the envelope:
   A. in the top-left corner, one (and only one) unique one-time Postal Request Code (see clauses 3.4 and 3.5 of these Sweeps Rules for further information);
   B. under the Postal Request Code, in the following order: their full name as shown on their government issued identification; the email address registered to their Luckxpress Casino account; the return/residential address registered to their Luckxpress Casino account; and the following statement: "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Luckxpress Casino. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Luckxpress Casino's Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules."
   iii. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, COMBINED REQUESTS SENT VIA PACKAGE OR PARCEL DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS SET OUT ABOVE AND ARE INVALID.

• There is a limit of one Request Card per outer envelope. For each Request Card an Eligible Participant submits in accordance with the above requirements, the Eligible Participant will receive 2 Sweeps Coins. The Sweeps Coins will be added to the Eligible Participant's Customer Account. NOTE: An Eligible Participant must ensure that their handwriting is legible. If the Eligible Participant's handwriting is not legible, the entry will be void and the Sweeps Coins will not be added to the Eligible Participant's Customer Account.
• A Postal Request Code is a unique combination of 12 digits that Eligible Participants can obtain by following the steps outlined in the next bullet point clause of these Sweeps Rules. A Postal Request Code is unique, can only be used once and expires 30 days after it is displayed.
• A Postal Request Code can be obtained by: (a) signing into the Eligible Participant's Customer Account; (b) clicking on the "Postal Request Code" link in the Platform lobby; (c) clicking on the "Postal Request Codes" button and following the prompts.

d. Using Sweeps Coins

• Coins can be used to play eligible games within Luckxpress Casino.
• Winnings can be redeemed for $1 per Sweeps Coin.
• Coins must be played at least once before redemption, with possible multiple plays at Sponsor's discretion.
• Odds and payout details are available within the games.
• Coin validity: 60 days from last login.

e. Winners & Prizes

• Redemption requests are processed in the order received.
• Only one redemption request per account per 24 hrs.
• Processing may take up to 10 business days (payments over US$10,000 may take longer and may be split into multiple payments).
• We may reject or split large requests over several days.
• Winners are subject to verification.
• Prizes are awarded only after verification.
• Any Sweeps Coins awarded as part of a promotion, bonus, sign-up offer, daily reward, referral bonus, or similar incentive (collectively, “Bonus SC”) are subject to a 5x playthrough/wagering requirement. This means the Bonus SC value must be wagered a minimum of five (5) times in qualifying games before they (or any winnings derived therefrom) qualify for prize redemption.
• Sweeps Coins won from free spins / free rounds are subject to a 10x playthrough/wagering requirement. This means those winnings must be wagered a minimum of ten (10) times in qualifying games before they qualify for prize redemption. Tournament prize payouts are not subject to this 10x requirement.
• To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, all wagering activity using promotional Sweeps Coins (“SC”) must reflect genuine gameplay. Wagers placed solely to meet wagering requirements without meaningful gameplay, such as placing offsetting or low-risk bets that result in little to no change in balance, may not be considered valid. Examples include betting on both sides of a roulette outcome (e.g., red and black) or similar strategies designed to minimize risk while increasing wagering volume. Only wagers demonstrating genuine gameplay and reasonable risk will count toward wagering requirements. Any wagering identified as non-recreational or structured to bypass promotional intent may be excluded from contribution. In such cases, we may: Adjust or remove wagering progress decline redemption requests related to such activity Review the account for compliance with our Terms and Conditions. Our goal is to maintain a fair platform for all players, and we encourage gameplay that aligns with the spirit of our promotions.
• Game Contribution: Contribution toward wagering requirements varies by game and wager type; Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games including Blackjack and Craps may contribute at reduced or variable rates depending on the wager, and certain Roulette bets may contribute partially or not at all based on risk, with all rates applied to wagered amounts and subject to change at our discretion.
• Redemptions derived from free Sweeps Coins (such as those awarded via welcome bonuses, daily rewards, no-purchase promotions, or any non-purchased sources) are capped at a maximum prize value of $25.
• Prizes exceeding $100 are redeemable for cash or gift cards.
• Max redemption: $1,000 per spin in Florida, Maryland, Kentucky, Oklahoma & Maine; other limits may apply.
• Taxes and fees are the winner's responsibility.
• Prizes are non-transferable; substitutions are at Sponsor's discretion.
• We reserve the right to require the use of the same payment method for redemption of Prizes as was used to purchase Gold Coins, or a specific payment method at our own discretion.
• We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit the value of your prize redemptions to USD $10,000 per day; or any other amount over any time that we consider necessary to satisfy our regulatory obligations or the requirements of our partners and suppliers.
• When you choose to redeem Prizes for gift cards it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the email address and all relevant details you provide are accurate.
• If no valid email address is provided to us within 60 days of a request from us to do so, CRS HUB LLC is not obliged to allocate the gift cards to you and may in its discretion deem the Prizes to be void.
• When you choose to redeem Prizes for cash, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your financial institution will accept payment from us into your bank account. CRS HUB LLC has no obligation to check whether your financial institution will accept payments from us to your nominated bank account.

f. Entry Conditions & Releases

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these rules.
• Participants release Sponsor from liability for claims related to participation, prizes, or use.
• By entering, participants grant publicity rights where permitted.

g. Disqualification & Modifications

• Sponsor may disqualify for misconduct, tampering, or violations.
• The Sweepstakes may be modified or canceled at any time.
• Updated rules will be posted; continued participation confirms acceptance.

h. Liability & Disputes

• The Sponsor is not responsible for errors, technical issues, or unauthorized interference.
• Disputes are governed by arbitration as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

i. Privacy

Personal information is collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy at Luckxpress Casino.
